PET POLICY

Pets must be approved and are handled on a case by case situation. No large (40+ lbs), puppies (< 1 year old), exotic, aggressive breeds will be allowed. Pets must be house and crate trained. 

$250 Non-refundable pet fee

$35 per month Pet Rent will be added to monthly rent

Must have current vet records on file including treatment for fleas and ticks. If infestation occurs, the cost to remedy is the expense of the tenant. 

Other items to keep in mind:

• No runners can be installed at property
• No outside kennels can be installed
• No pet can be chained or tied outside
• Pets must be on a leash when outside if not in fenced yard
• All pet excrement must be picked up by tenant
